论文题目:面向摩托车交通的城市道路交通规划与设计问题研究

摘要

摩托车从诞生到现在,已经有一百多年的历史。与自行车相比,摩托车交通具有体积大、速度快、机动灵活、成本低廉、出行服务覆盖的距离长等特点,在中国南方城市、台湾,以及一些东南亚国家如越南、泰国等被广泛使用的一种交通方式。据了解,越南目前拥有超过2000万辆摩托车,城市人均拥有约0.3辆,居民出行选用摩托车交通比例超过50%。

摩托车交通给人们出行带来便利的同时,也给城市交通带来了新的交通问题,如安全、环境、占用道路资源等,因此对摩托车交通发展存在有鼓励和禁止两种观点。摩托车交通对城市道路交通系统有什么影响?是否应该禁止发展摩托车交通?如何对摩托车交通进行规划和设计?这些问题决定是否发展摩托车交通的关键问题。本论文从理论和技术层面对摩托车交通规划与设计方法进行了深入研究,具有重要的理论意义与实用价值。

本论文在国内外相关研究的基础上,对摩托车交通特性、摩托车交通规划方法以及摩托车交通的设计方法进行研究,提出了相应的理论方法,并建立了数学模型,可以缓解目前摩托车交通对城市道路交通系统造成的一些问题,并提出了下一步的研究方向。

本论文首先阐述了摩托车交通发展的历程,总结与分析了国内外对摩托车交通特性、摩托车交通规划以及摩托车交通设计三方面的相关研究现状,指出了现有研究成果存在的不足,并在此基础上确定了本论文研究的切入点。

其次,论文通过对越南河内的现场调查和问卷调查,对摩托车交通流特征及摩托车使用人群特征进行了研究。随后,建立了摩托车交通排队模型以及摩托车交通膨胀模型。这些特征的研究成果可以为后面的研究奠定基础。

然后,本论文依据交通工程学、几何学以及交通规划理论与方法,分析了摩托车交通发展的客观因素,指出了面向摩托车交通的城市道路交通规划存在的主要问题。随后针对摩托车交通规划的基本方法进行研究,并提出了摩托车交通方式分担预测方法,建立了摩托车交通的转移模型、摩托车交通选择的模型。在此基础上,提出合理引导摩托车交通往公共交通转移的相关措施。

最后,论文应用了交通设计的理论与方法,提出了摩托车交通专用道设计方法、交叉口摩托车交通优化设计方法,以实现汽摩分隔的理念,并采用“以静制动”措施对摩托车停车场的相关内容进行分析与描述。

本论文较全面地研究了摩托车交通特征、摩托车交通规划方法以及摩托车交通设计方法。研究成果可以丰富摩托车交通规划与设计方面的理论基础,同时在实践应用方面也可以为原有道路交通系统的改造提供一定的借鉴。

ABSTRACT

From the beginning, motorcycle has more than 100 years of history. In comparison with bicycle, motorcycle transportation has its advantages, such as big volume, fast speed, mobile and flexible, low cost, long distance of travel service coverage etc. In the cities of South China, Taiwan and some Southeast Asian such as Vietnam, Thailand etc, motorcycle is a popular transportation vehicle. Vietnam currently has more than 20 millions motorcycles, per capita is about 0.3, the ratio of resident travel’s selection is over 50%.

Even though motorcycle traffic brings out the benefits for the residents, it also contributes new traffic issues for the city, such as safety, environment, occupancy of road resources etc. Therefore, there are two points of view about motorcycle traffic development, encouragement and prohibition. What is the effect of motorcycle traffic on the city road transport system? Is it necessary to prohibit the development of motorcycle traffic? How can we do the planning and design of motorcycle traffic? These issues are the key to decide the development of motorcycle traffic. This thesis researches the motorcycle traffic planning and design methods through the theoretical and technical level. It has an important theoretical meaning and practical value.

This thesis based on the domestic and international relevant researches, to study motorcycle traffic characteristics, planning methods and design methods, bring forward the relevant theory, and establish the mathematical model, can alleviate some problems which currently caused by motorcycle traffic on urban road transport system, and deliver the forward research direction.

Firstly, this thesis describes the development of motorcycle traffic, summary and analysis of the characteristic, planning and design of motorcycle related researches, point out the lack of existing research results, and on this basis to determine the entry point of the thesis.

Secondly, the thesis studies the motorcycle traffic flow characteristics and using people characteristics via the site surveys and the questionnaires at Hanoi, Vietnam. After that, the thesis establishes motorcycle traffic queuing model and expansion model. The research results of these characteristic sets up the foundation for the next forward research.

Thirdly, this thesis analyses the objective factors of motorcycle traffic development through the traffic engineering, geometry and transportation planning theory methods, bring out the main issues of existing urban road transportation planning of motorcycle traffic. Later, to study the basis method of motorcycle traffic planning, and deliver the motorcycle traffic sharing prediction method, establish the motorcycle traffic transfer model, selection model. On this basis, it brings out the reasonable relevant guidelines to transfer motorcycle traffic into public traffic.

Lastly, the thesis applies the theory and method of transportation design, brings out the motorcycle traffic special lane design method, the intersection motorcycle traffic optimizing design method, to do the concept of separation between car and motorcycle, analyze and describe the contents of the motorcycle parking through the “static-dynamic” method.

This thesis comprehensively studies the motorcycle traffic characteristics, planning method and transportation design method. The research results can enrich the theoretical basic of the motorcycle traffic planning and design, and bring out the practical application issues of transforming the existing road transportation system.
