摘要
路边停车是三种主要停车方式之一,因为其停放车辆的便捷性,在我国很多城市中占着相当大的比例。建立路边停车设计和管理体系是提高路边停车场的利用率,协调路边停车和动态交通的关键所在。而国内在这方面的研究比较少,尚缺少系统的、完整的理论。本文正是在此背景下展开研究的。
本文首先详细的总结了国内外路边停车设计和管理的研究状况,提出了研究发展方向和动态。随后,对路边停放车辆的交通特性进行了分析,通过实地调查的数据和数理统计方法,建立了路边停车到达、离开以及车辆停放时间的分布函数。接着系统的分析了路边停车对信号控制交叉口的影响,建立了路边停车的影响下的通行能力模型、饱和度模型、延误模型和排队长度模型,并且分析了路边停车对路段通行能力和延误的影响,建立了数学模型。这些模型的建立,比较完整的分析了路边停车对交通流的干扰,并且为路边停车设计和管理体系的建立奠定了理论基础。
在路边停车交通空间设计方面,本文首次比较系统的建立了路边停车空间设计体系。把路边停车设计分为总体规划阶段,战略设计阶段和详细设计阶段,并对各个阶段的具体设计方法进行了分析。本文引入圈层法分析了路边停车对路网的影响,这不仅对路边停车的设计有重要的指导意义,还可以应用于公共停车场和配建停车场,协调静态交通和动态交通之间的平衡。
最后针对路边停车管理方式中最重要的一项――路边停车收费展开研究和讨论,分析了咪表对路边停车需求的影响,提出了几点个人见解。

Abstract
Curbside parking is one of the main parking modes in our cities. Because of its convenience, curbside parking has the high proportion in all parking modes. It is the key of improving the utilization of curbside parking and coordinating the curbside parking and dynamic traffic by establishing the system of curbside parking design and management. But there is little research on this aspect in our country. The thesis is based on this background.
At first, the thesis reviews the previous achievements in the field of curbside parking and then the present development is brought forward. Based on the data gathered from various curbside parking and mathematical statistics principle, the probability function of parking duration, the probability of leaving and arriving vehicles numbers in a time interval are deduced. Then the curbside parking’s impact on dynamic traffic in signalized intersection is deeply discussed. Traffic models that specifically deal with capacity, average delay, queue length are developed. The curbside parking’s impact on segment capacity and delay is also discussed in this chapter. All of the models built in this chapter are the basis of the system of curbside parking.
In the aspect of the space design, curbside parking design is divided into three phases. Detailed design ways in every phase are described. The circle way is introduced to analyze the curbside parking’s impact on road network. The conclusion of this research not only can be used to the guidance to the curbside parking design, but also can be used to the parking lot.
At last, the function of meters as the most important means of management is deeply discussed. Some personal views are advanced about meter’s impact on parking demand.

论文题目:城市道路小型网络交通组织管理基础问题研究

随着交通组织的蓬勃发展,对交通组织的系统研究也日益迫切。本论文仍属于系统研究的起步阶段。
首先,本论文对以往交通组织的研究进行了深入的分析,并在分析的基础上去粗取精,系统地归纳、总结了以往交通组织研究成果。并且对与交通组织密切相关的通行能力研究及交通网络分配研究进行了全面系统的归纳总结。
然后,本论文分析了我国城市道路断面、交叉口形式及其适应性,我国城市机动车流、自行车流、公交车流特性,并且对驾驶员行为从路径选择与交叉口左转两方面进行了分析研究。
通性能力的研究是基础研究,同时也十分重要。本论文主要针对混合交通流、交通组织特征对通行能力进行了分析研究。分析了各种断面形式下交叉口的冲突点分布,计算了“双向+双向”、“单向+双向”、“单向+单向”三种交叉口类型的通性能力,并且分析了自行车流干扰下的通行能力损失。
本论文对交通分配中的Beckmann模型进行了修正,目标由路段时间变为路段行程时间加上交叉口延误时间两部分,并且在每次迭代分配时,根据交叉口流量调整信号配时,更新交叉口延误。根据单行线及禁向措施对模型参数的修正也在本论文中进行了分析。并且在此基础上,提出了修正的F-W算法。最后给出算例,实现了本论文交通分配的成果应用。

Abstract
In the paper, past research on traffic regulating is analyzed, then research achievements are summarized systematically. Traffic regulating-related research of capacity and traffic assignment is also summarized fully.
Then the characteristics of Urban roads and intersections are analyzed. So are the characteristics of vehicle flow, bicycle flow and bus flow. The analysis of drivers’ behavior upon route choosing and left turn on intersection is also done in this paper.
As a critical parameter, Capacity is reconsidered based on mix traffic flow and traffic regulating. The distribution of conflict points upon various intersections is analyzed. The capacities of intersections of “two-way+two-way”, “one-way+two-way”, “one-way+one-way” are calculated. The influence of bicycle flow upon vehicle flow is taken into consideration as well.
In the paper, Beckmann model is modified to meet facts more accurately. The travel time consist of travel time on both links and intersections. Traffic signal is updated following the change of traffic flows, which leads to changeable delay on intersections. The modification of model parameters according to measures of one-way or turn ban is also considered and a modification of F-W algorithm is proposed and applied in the following example.

公共汽车交通优先控制在国外已经有了几十年的发展历史,通过实施各种措施有效的提高了其服务水平。但在我国实际中,公共汽车交通流在城市总体交通流组成中占有较大的比重,而基于此特征的公交优先控制相关研究很少。本次研究的目的就是改善混行交通流条件下公交车运行的状况,研究主要集中在两个方面:一是探索公交车在交叉口和停靠站处的通行效率问题;二是开发一种公交车运行的整体性控制策略。
研究从面向控制的公共汽车交通优先系统设计入手,着重分析了设置公共汽车专用道的依据以及各种专用道形式对不同交通条件的适用性,同时对路中型公交专用道停靠站位置分析,运用数学建模方法和交通仿真分析得到了适合我国实际的最佳设置位置。通过上述的主要方法,提高了公共汽车交通的可控性,为实施优先控制提供支持。
论文对面向专用道的公共汽车优先控制系统进行了深入的解析,形成了交叉口单点优先和交叉口群沿线优先两种基本的控制策略。满足车辆固有的行驶时刻表是实施公交优先申请的重要依据,在控制策略中运用绿灯时间延长和相位提前激活两种方法,在兼顾其它车辆运行情况的前提下,给予晚点公交车优先的通行信号。论文最后以厦门市湖滨南路实际交通流量为依托,运用交通仿真方法验证了优先控制策略的实际效果。

Abstract
Bus priority control strategy has been developed for decades on abroad. But in our country, a remarkable character is the proportion of buses very high, the studies of bus priority control based on this character are little. This paper is to improve the moving condition of transit vehicle in the mixed traffic, two major objectives are proposed: one is to explore some efficient problems that buses might face when they operate through signals and stops; the other is to develop an integrated control approach for transit vehicles.
The study proceeds with the design of bus priority systems, it analyses the warrant of setting the exclusive bus lane and applicability of common methods to locate exclusive bus lane. Otherwise, the thesis compares the two modes of locating the bus stops for the median bus lane, and the optimal location is given through the establishment of the model of the bus average delay and simulation analysis. With the above-mentioned methods, the effect of traffic control is improved, and it is the precondition to imply the bus priority control.
The thesis analyses the bus priority control strategy, then forms two basic control strategies: intersection priority and intersection group priority. In the control strategy, the warrant of performing bus priority is keeping the bus schedule, so the system only gives priority signals to the bus fallen behind schedule in green extension and red truncation, moreover, the strategy considers other traffic. Finally, based on real project in Xiamen, the research result of the thesis is applied and is proved to be effective through the simulation of VISSIM.

本文以线性控制理论的基本思路为主线,围绕城市道路线协调控制问题中所提出的模型和算法问题,在总结和学习以往国内外研究成果的基础上展开全文。论述内容主要包括在建立线协调控制模型时的特征参数分析与分类总结;线控系统排队论模型和车流运行离散模型的分析与标定;线协调控制主要配时参数的控制流程及算法;以TRANSYT离线协调配时软件为平台的线协调控制系统周期优化调整的算例分析。文章的创新点主要体现在:第一,从建立模型的角度对交通控制问题与线性控制理论的整体结合进行了探讨,提升了协调控制问题研究的理论基础,避免了日后对于该问题研究的盲目性;第二,协调控制共同周期的动态调整算法部分,基于一定的规则判断简化了复杂变量的优化计算。文章的最后对有待进一步研究的问题进行总结和分析。

Abstract
This article has its description with a clue of mature linear control theory, and the content circles its title of coordinated traffic control model and its corresponding algorithm which comes from the real traffic world. What is showed here bases on former studies and results in this research area at home and abroad.
The content include several parts: the first part is around the analysis and classification summary of all the characteristic parameters in coordinated traffic control. The second part is around the input-output queue model in an intersection and the platoon dispersion model in a link, the main work in this part is their analysis and demarcation. The third part focuses on finding the dynamic control parameters regulation, and the traffic control logic structure and its algorithm are main body in this part. The fourth part will give a practice example in a small network evaluated by TRANSYT-7F, and its analysis results give us many helpful results.
This article blazes new trail in two parts. One is the combination of mature linear control theory and coordinated traffic control from the point of establishing traffic control models. The other is the common circle algorithm in intersection groups.
At last, the unresolved and left questions are summarized with future study directions in coordinated traffic control area.

“交通设计”的基本概念形成于二十世纪八十年代,是近年来逐步被高度重视的改善城市交通的方法和技术。交通设计已经形成了一套较为完整的提高交通效率的理论方法体系,而对安全的考虑还仅局限在一些约束条件、具体措施的应用等方面,缺乏系统全面的理论技术支撑,致使交通安全在交通设计中不能得到充分考虑,甚至在某些情况下,追求效率的同时毫无察觉地牺牲了安全。为提高城市道路交通安全水平,本文提出了“交通安全设计”。同时,交通安全设计作为交通设计的重要内容,丰富和完善了交通设计的理论和技术。
本文首先在重新审视城市道路交通安全系统的基础上,提出了交通安全设计概念的内涵和外延。随后,考察了国内外城市道路平面交叉口设计中有关安全的诸多理论、方法和技术。在此基础上,文章着重进行了城市道路平面交叉口的交通安全设计研究。该部分从方案设计到详细设计,分别考察了全无控制交叉口、优先控制交叉口、信号控制交叉口和环形交叉口的交通安全设计方法技术,并对提高各类型交叉口安全性的一般交通设计措施做了特别归纳和解析。最后,本文提出了交通安全设计的评价方法。

Abstract
The basic concept of Traffic Design came into being in 1980’s inChina. From then on, traffic design has been playing a more and more role in urban traffic improvements. By now, in terms of traffic efficiency, there is already a theory and technique system in traffic design. However, in terms of traffic safety, traffic design lacks comprehensive consideration. Sometimes, traffic design increases efficiency even at the cost of traffic safety. In order to ameliorate the safety of urban highways and streets, this paper put forward Traffic Safety Design.
At first, this paper established the theoretical concept and frame of traffic safety design. Then, based on literature review and some basic traffic safety theories, the systematic techniques for traffic safety design at urban intersections were brought forward. Not only most kinds of particular traffic safety design techniques for uncontrolled intersections, priority intersections, signalized intersections and roundabout, but also some important general traffic safety techniques for all kinds of intersections were explored in detail. Finally, a method to evaluate traffic safety design was put forward.

城市快速路连续流与地面道路间断流的有效衔接,是保证城市交通系统畅通运行的关键问题。出入口匝道衔接路段及其关联交叉口是地面交通流与快速路交通流的重要汇集区,交通量大;同时衔接路段各种车流之间的转换、汇合和分流活动密切,交通组成复杂,易成为城市交通系统中的瓶颈。衔接区运行质量的优劣同时影响着高架道路及其周边平面路网的交通服务水平。
本文首先总结了国内外关于快速路匝道与地面交通衔接问题的研究现状与发展趋势。对衔接路段及其关联交叉口的交通组成进行了总结和概括,分析了衔接路段交通流的基本特征,对交织这一衔接路段的基本特征做了重点研究,提出了快速路匝道与地面交通衔接模式研究中的主要问题。对于无交织设计的交通组织方式,引入了流量不均衡系数,建立了单位绿灯时间通过车流量与流量不均衡系数之间的模型关系,以此来分析匝道与地面到达车流量的不均衡度对道路资源利用率的影响。
在以上研究的基础上分别给出了改建及新建快速路匝道地面衔接路段及关联交叉口的交通规划设与管理计方法。
最后,本论文结合上海市内环高架快速路武宁路地面交叉口以及在建的上海市沪闵快速路柳州路地面交叉口为所提出的衔接模式理论做了实例分析。

Abstract
The efficient connection of continuous traffic flows from urban expressway and disrupted traffic flows from surface roads are the key problem to promise expedite urban transportation systems. The ramp-street joint sections assemble a large amount of traffic volume from the two road systems. At the same time, various traffic behaviors, including traffic flow conversion, convergence and diffluence are all present in the limited joint space. All these cause the performance in the joint section and the related intersection to be more complicated and unstable. The possibility of becoming a bottleneck is very high. Its function quality influences the operation of urban expressway and the around road systems seriously.
At first, the thesis reviews the previous achievements and present development in the field of ramp-street joint research. It summarizes the transportation components of the joint sections. From the analysis of characteristics of traffic flows in the joint sections, the main problems this thesis will discuss are brought forward. Introducing the volume disproportional parameter, the model of passed volume in unit green time and disproportional parameter is built to evaluate the utilizing efficiency of the lanes.
On the basis of the study above, the paper present the algorithm to design the ramp-street joint sections as well as related intersections for new and rebuilt intersection separately.
Finally, in combination of practical circumstances of Wuning Road intersection along the inner-circle elevated way and Liuzhou Road intersection along the Humin Expressway, the practicability of the ramp-street joints’ models theories is verified.
